If all you have is finely ground Almond but the grind is too coarse, you can just mix equal parts of Almond and icing /confectionery /powder sugar and just pulse grind it further with a grinder. However, don't over grind it till the oil from the almond seperates. (Indication of over grind:- when the mixture changes to a darker colour paste)
